Description:  Podoxyl-CV  is a combination of two medicines i.e. Cefpodoxime & Clavulanic acid .Cefpodoxime is an antibiotic which works by blocking the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that reduces resistance & boost the activity of Cefpodoxime against bacteria.
